Team Membership Policy

CanvaEdu team membership is granted for a limited duration to ensure fair access for all users and maintain an equitable experience. By joining the team, you agree to adhere to the following policies:

• Membership Duration: Membership is valid for a period of 6 months or 1 year. After the end of this duration, team members will be rotated, and new users may be added.
• Leave Requests: If you wish to leave the team before the end of your term, please submit a request through the Contact Us page, including your name, email address, and the reason for leaving.
• Backup Your Projects: Before leaving the team or at the end of your membership, it is your responsibility to back up any important projects to avoid losing access to your work.

General Usage

• Access to the CanvaEdu program is strictly for educational purposes and must not be used for commercial or personal gain.
• Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and while using the platform.
• Sharing invite links or access credentials with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
• All users are expected to comply with local laws and regulations while using the platform.

Backup of Projects

Users are responsible for backing up their projects regularly to ensure data safety and accessibility. CanvaEdu will not be held liable for any loss of data caused by system issues or user negligence.

• Export your projects or save copies in a secure location.
• Regular backups are recommended to avoid unforeseen data loss.
• Ensure access to your backed-up data, especially when making significant changes to your projects.

Daily Join Limit

To ensure fair usage and equitable access for all users, the following rules apply to joining teams:

• Users are limited to joining up to 10 teams per day.
• Once the daily limit is reached, the join functionality will be disabled until the next day.
• Attempts to bypass or manipulate this limit may result in suspension or termination of your account.
